KRUZ OS provides AI-powered marketing operations tooling for individual operators and small teams. This page describes what data we process and how.

Data we process

• Social-platform access tokens you explicitly authorise (e.g. TikTok, Twitter/X) so AI agents can publish content on your behalf.
• Content drafts created by AI agents inside the product, including text, image references, and scheduling metadata.
• Performance metrics returned by connected platforms after content is published (impressions, engagements, etc.).
• Audit logs of system activity — every agent action, approval, and platform call — kept for transparency and debugging.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your data to train external models.
• We do not share your data with third parties except the platform APIs you have explicitly authorised us to call on your behalf.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Email contact@kruz-os.com with the subject line “Data deletion” and we will process the request within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify connected users by email where reasonable.
