What KRUZ OS provides

KRUZ OS is an AI-powered marketing operations tool that helps operators plan, draft, schedule, and publish content across connected social platforms. Every publish action surfaces for the user’s approval before it goes live.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you approve for publishing through KRUZ OS.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of each platform you connect (TikTok, Twitter/X, Meta, etc.).
• You will not use KRUZ OS to publish content that violates applicable laws, infringes others’ rights, or breaches platform rules.

No guarantees of availability or reach

KRUZ OS depends on third-party platform APIs that may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, content delivery, or any specific level of engagement on published content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRUZ OS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Total cumulative liability for any direct damages is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
